Helping Hands Outreach is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in Estill County by addressing vital community needs. Our mission is to empower lives by helping individuals and families overcome challenges and create brighter futures.

We respond to natural disasters by providing immediate community support and assistance to affected families, ensuring they have the resources needed to recover and rebuild. Through our Backpack Program, we supply children with essential school supplies and backpacks.

Our Summer Food Program ensures that children continue to receive healthy meals when school is out, preventing hunger during the summer months. We also support the homeless population, providing essential resources and services to help individuals find stable housing and regain their independence.

Additionally, we offer assistance for those struggling with substance use disorders, connecting them to resources and support networks that promote recovery and healing.

At Helping Hands Outreach, we believe in creating opportunities for growth and fostering a sense of community. Together, we can strengthen the bonds that lead to hope and healing for every individual in Estill County. Join us in our mission to transform lives and uplift our community!

At Helping Hands Outreach, we are dedicated to community support for individuals and families grappling with food insecurity. We recognize that these are challenging times, and our mission is to provide assistance to those in need while fostering hope and compassion within our community.

To ensure fair service and maintain accurate records, we require each household to complete an application for food assistance. This process allows us to understand each family’s needs and responsibly allocate our available resources.

Please note that our ability to assist depends on the availability of food and supplies, which are limited and based on donations received. While we strive to help as many as possible, we may not be able to fulfill every request.
